Site Execution Responsibilities Design Responsibilities HVAC (As per ASHRAE Standard / SMACNA / Dubai Green Building) - Sizing of heat load calculation by HAP software. - Sizing of air duct & chilled water pipes by Mcquay software. - Sizing of Chilled water system Equipment (chilled water pumps, Pressurization unit, Expansion tank, Air separators, Manual/Auto Chemical dosing unit). - Sizing of Ventilation rates (Fresh air, Extract air, Car-park, Smoke extract, Corridor Pressurization, Staircase Pressurization & Commercial kitchen Hood). PLUMBING (As per UPC Standard / DEWA Guide Line / DM Regulations) - Sizing of U/G tank, overhead tank, septic tank, holding tank, sump pit & electric water heaters. - Sizing of cold water, hot water, soil, waste, vent, storm & building drain pipes. - Sizing of manhole, floor drain, sand trap, grease interceptor, catch basin & gully trap. - Sizing of transfer, booster, and sump pumps.
