Go to https://powervirtualagents.microsoft.com/en-us/ 2. Sign in with your work email/ trial instance ID** It will land you to the page as shown on the right a. Give the Name to your bot (here ex: Product Tracker (Demo Bot)) b. Click on Create **(Trial instance can be created by signing up at https://trials.dynamics.com/)
- 3. In few minutes the bot will get created and user will be navigated to this homepage and can use Power Virtual Agents with fill functionality
- 4. Test your content in real time with example Click on customize your greeting
- 5. • Trigger Phrases are the expected inputs/questions received from the users, in response to which a response message from the bot can be configured as shown above
- 6. Test the Bot Response on Trigger Phrases
- 7. Example considered here: • Company – XYZ Audio Equipment Manufacturer • Products Category – Wireless Microphones, On-Camera Microphones, Plug&Play Microphones and Accessories

- 15. • Go to Power Apps Portal Studio • Add an IFrame component into your Portal by selecting Components on the side navigation pane, and then IFrame.
