- 17. Cons No call-in tech support for small accounts Email tech support takes awhile to reply Migration slightly confusing. Would have appreciated the ability to call someone at least during the migration process.
- 18. Migration They will migrate the site for you for a fee Site offers very detailed, step-by-step instructions Ran into a problem importing posts, which was solved via the support system. (They needed to change file permissions.)
