INTRODUCTION
• A remote controlled vehicle is any mobile machine controlled by means that is physically not
connected with origin external to the machine. There are many types in it, based on the
controls – radio control device, Wi-Fi controlled and even Bluetooth controlled. These devices
are always controlled by humans and take no action autonomously. The main target in such
vehicles would be to safely reach a designated point, maneuver the area and reach back to the
point of origin.
• In this project we make use of the Bluetooth technology to control our machine
•
• car. We don’t call this as a robot as this device doesn’t have any sensors. Thereby, sensor less
robots are machines. This machine ccan be controlled by any human using his android mobile
phone, by downloading an app and connecting it with the Bluetooth module present inside our
car. User can perform actions like moving forward, backward, moving left and right by the
means of command using his-her mobile phone app. The task of controlling our car is taken car
by the Arduino UNO with micro controller ATMEGA32, 16 mHz processor, 2 KB SRAM (Static
Random Accessible Memory) and 32 KB flash memory. Arduino play a major role in the control
section and had made it easier to convert digital signals and analogue signals into physical
movements. The major reason for using a Bluetooth based tech is that we can change the
remote anytime – mobiles phones, tablets and laptops and physical barriers like wall or doors
do not affect the car controls

 This project's main motive is to expand the knowledge for smart micro-controllers
like Arduino, which is widely used in the latest IoT technologies.
 Making the use of Connectivity Modules like Bluetooth HC-05, to understand the
different modes of operating and communications with the micro-controller board.
 To get familiar with Codes and programs used for the controlling of the Arduino
Uno board.
 Introductory project for Every Electronics And Electrical Student, to get the
working of the Arduino board and its software.
Literature Survey
The main aim is to design the cost-efficient Bluetooth-controlled
robot car for material handling which is eco-friendly. Many
researchers had developed robotic systems to reduce human efforts
and described their technologies. These robotic designs were
controlled by software programs. Winter et al. developed Android-
controlled robot. This system was used for transferring the
information wirelessly .
Bluetooth-controlled robotic systems for material handling have yet
not obtained wide popularity and publicity. Public are still
dependent on physical labors of human. So, these devices need
much publicity and can be used as the best alternative to human
physical labors.

Implementation
Arduino Bluetooth control vehicle is a straightforward robot vehicle that can be constrained
by your cell phone. This Smartphone gives a Bluetooth sign to the vehicle and from the sign,
the vehicle works.
For running the vehicle remotely we are utilizing the HC-05 Bluetooth module. We interface
your telephone with the Bluetooth module. At that point, the telephone sends some
arbitrary characters which are expressed for running the vehicle.
When all is said in done, case, F is utilized for sending vehicle development. B is utilized for
a retrogressive vehicle second. So also, other characters are utilized for different headings
which are referenced in the Arduino code.
For controlling the motors we are utilizing an l298n engine driver. you can likewise utilize
l293d too. I picked l298n in over l293d on the grounds that it has high force yield. In the
event that you are keen on l293d Bluetooth vehicle, at that point ensure you buy into our
YouTube channel.
Presently for running the vehicle clearly we need a force source. In this way, For the force
source, we are utilizing 18650 Lithium-particle cells. You can likewise utilize whatever other
battery which is recorded beneath

Results
It have wide range of control and more efficient. It also gice
advantage of changing the remote anytime, meaning that we can use
any android device including phones, tablet ,computer.
Physical barriers like wall , doors, etc do not effect in controlling the
car
We can control it by our phone, just by installing the Bluetooth RC
Controller app.It is machine which can be use for transferring good
from one place to another ,which can reduce labour cost.
SEM-IV EXTC 7
Conclusion
The cost-efficient Bluetooth-controlled robot car is designed to
lessen the physical labors of human being during the material
handling. The performance of this proposed design could be
improved with modification. This work is to increase the
productivity of industry. The publicity of this design is very much
needed. This device can be used in purpose of the military also. By
reducing the physical labors for transferring the valuable materials
of the industry, home, farms, etc, we can min-imize the adverse
effects and approach the problems electronically which will be
beneficial for the future generations. The future goal of this design is
to improve the efficiency using Internet of things (IoT) and wireless
sensor network (WSN) and add the web camera with security
features
