A database is an organized collection of data. The data are typically organized to model
relevant aspects of reality (for example, the availability of rooms in hotels), in a way that supports
processes requiring this information (for example, finding a hotel with vacancies).
A computer network or data network is a telecommunications network that allows
computers to exchange data. The physical connection between networked computing
devices is established using either cable media or wireless media. The best-known
computer network is the Internet.
Network devices that originate, route and terminate the data are called network nodes.[1]
Nodes can include hosts such as servers and personal computers, as well as networking
hardware. Two devices are said to be networked when a process in one device is able to
exchange information with a process in another device.

Computer networks support applications such as access to the World Wide Web, shared use of
application and storage servers, printers, and fax machines, and use of email and instant
messaging applications. The remainder of this article discusses local area network technologies
and classifies them according to the following characteristics: the physical media used to transmit
signals, the communications protocols used to organize network traffic, along with the network's
size, its topology and its organizational intent.
Database management systems (DBMSs) are specially designed applications that
interact with the user, other applications, and the database itself to capture and analyze
data. A general-purpose database management system (DBMS) is a software system
designed to allow the definition, creation, querying, update, and administration of databases. Well-
known DBMSs include MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Access, Oracle,
SAP, dBASE, FoxPro, IBM DB2, LibreOffice Base and FileMaker Pro. A database is not generally
portable across different DBMS, but different DBMSs can inter-operate by using standards such as
SQL and ODBC or JDBC to allow a single application to work with more than one database.
Firmware
In electronic systems and computing, firmware is the combination of persistent memory and
program code and data stored in it.[1] Typical examples of devices containing firmware are
embedded systems (such as traffic lights, consumer appliances, and digital watches), computers,
computer peripherals, mobile phones, and digital cameras.
Programming Language
A programming language is a formal language designed to communicate instructions to a
machine, particularly a computer. Programming languages can be used to create programs that
control the behavior of a machine and/or to express algorithms precisely.
The description of a programming language is usually split into the two components of syntax

One day Mr Y, Manager was on leave and Mr J the Assistant was available, Mr X The CEO visited
the Cabin and Ask about Mr Y, Mr J said he was on leave for two days and HR know about the
situation and his absence. Mr X was in trouble and ask please give me report of suppliers and
relevant items purchased from them so that I could able to give them Order for the new session.

Similarly One Day Mr J on Leave due to illness and Mr X demands some critical detailed reports of
customer, Mr Y was thinking how to produce reports. He should know that all data was in table by
Mr J and He only use TPS system to make reports.
Recommendation
• MR J should be able to satisfy Mr X the CEO and if possible provide them maximum
information so that there should not be negative effect on Mr Y and His team
• Mr J if more qualified than Mr Y, Manager than there may be only Gap of Experience to
takeover the position of Mr Y,
• if Mr Y is totally depends on Mr J and don’t start learning or update his knowledge then
ultimately his career be in danger.

knowledge representation (part of the large theoretical ideas of knowledge engineering). Typically
such codification uses rules like IF-THEN rules to represent logical implications.

are all particular types of knowledge-based systems, there are others who consider that neural
networks are different, and exclude it from this category.[citation needed]
