population of people who inherit this beautiful country. There are many different religions native to
this country as well as many different types of music. The country of India has history dating back
thousands of years, and the culture that is placed here is still Indian. Most of Indian culture has been
preserved throughout the centuries, with only slight variations coming from other cultures. Unlike
America, India is not a melting pot of culture, and this culture has been able to withstand the test of

broad range of meaning, and may indicate storms just about anywhere in the world.
The Heart of the Storm evokes a feeling of impending damage and most people can understand that
feeling regardless of where they live. Those who live in the Southern states, along the Gulf of Mexico,
may particularly be subject to hurricanes, tropical storms and tornadoes if they live in rural areas.
People who live on the Eastern seaboard are also prone to experiencing these types of storms, but to a

storm at some point in their lives.
Because of the universality of this type of work, it is hard to pin point exactly what location this
painting depicts. It seems to be of biblical nature, as both people in the painting are scantily clad. The
garb that both people are wearing, would remind you of paintings often displayed in the Bible. You
can see it is a man and a woman, very likely lovers or husband and wife and they are clinging to one

The Wind in the Willows describes four close friends and their adventures through the Wild Woods.
Kenneth Grahame portrays the characters as animals who depict human behavior. Their journey of
friendship is not always easy though. You see how each character grows throughout the novel, but
society still makes their final judgment of each individual. The passage I chose to analyze, found on
page 157, is a description from the narrator of what life is like for the friends after their adventures
that winter. Mole is supposed to be the main character, but Toad s reckless behavior often steals the

riverbank. There he meets Rat who befriends him and tells him stories of Badger and Toad, which
