Creating survivor story blogs on Facebook while keeping identities secret could encourage others to seek help. Tools like Tweroid and Facebook Insights can evaluate best times to post on each platform. Scheduling posts in bulk and turning off notifications helps manage social media more efficiently while still engaging 2-3 times daily. Content should be tailored to each specific platform.
