Model Contracts
- 2. Modelling Contract Agreement 1) The magazine will have the unlimited right to publish the work in the print medium for one magazine issue, including magazine issue, including promotional rights as described in paragraph three. The work shall be credited to artist upon publication. 2) Magazine will not be responsible for expenses such as travel unless agreed to with the management but well in advance 3) Subject to paragraphs from 1 to 5, the artist agrees that the magazine will have the right to these images for up to 65 days from when the work is published. Artist further agrees that this exclusive use applies to artists other work that is highly similar to the work. ( For example, a different frame from the same photo shop) 4) The magazine shall return the original work to the artist upon completion of publication. 5) The terms of this agreement shall control the respective rights and duties of the relative to the work.
