CONSIDERATION FOR CHANGE
JOB REPORTSMonroe consultants will send regular job activity reports to ensure their clients are kept fully up to date with recruitment process. These reports ensure  a smooth recruitment process
THE OFFER STAGEINVOLVE US AND YOU WILL SAVE MONEYWhen you are ready to make an offer call your consultant and they will provide you with :    2 References from previous work colleagues.
    Consideration for change form filled in by applicant
    Confirmation the applicant will accept an offer of employment if the salary        expectation is met. Clients who are unable to provide offers in line with an applicants salary expectation are encouraged to disclose what the offer will be before it is announced to the applicant. By doing this you are allowing time for the consultant to Manage the salary expectations to increase the chances of the applicant accepting the offer
