This is first and main question
asked ,by answering this well you
can make first good impression
on him.
The best way to answer this
question will be ;tell about
who you are ,where you grew
up , your Education Era ,your
personal interests and tell
about your achievements too.

The main purpose of the interviewer about this question is that he Wants to
know about your communication skills , how you present yourself , your
confidence level , enthusiasm , etc.
Q2.What is your strength?
This question sounds to be simple ,but it is not.
The best way to answer is that keep
confident ,be realistic , Explain why you
feel this as your strength ,showcase on
strength related to your job profile.
You Should say I believe in planning ,
attention to detail . Due to my nature,
people says me you are self confident
and very cool and positive person
The main philosophy behind this question is that interviewer wants to know
you could do your job Well or any other hidden personality trait that you
not mentioned in resume.
Q3.What is your weakness?
Weakness, the person being fear from this word in the interview .
Weakness is somewhere in everybody .Admit this line, So there
is no problem that if Interviewer ask this question.
Basically , by giving this answer you will be go through your weakness too but in
a positive manner. By this interviewer thought that you are a perfectionist.
The best way to this question is to say that
Well , I am way to detail oriented ,Try to
accomplish everything.
I want that everything should be perfect
according to me.
So , there I realize that I loose my time due to my
perfection and deposit my projects late.

Q4.Where do you see yourself in
next five years?
Well , a person being not prepared by this question.
Normally , person haven’t idea for future ,but interviewer mainly
wants to know these things generally.
The best way to give is that five years
from now , I want to be in management
position.
Meanwhile I want to improve more to
more communication skills , wants to
take practical experience and to learn
more and more new things from my team
members. Although not everyone
promoted on this level . I believe I can
achieve the goal through hard work.

Many people let down because they are having lack of knowledge about the

the positive attributes of that company , their products and history too.

Well , I have no idea about

But I am well equipped in handling situations.
Though I am flexible and hard
working too so I would

not ,because usually companies come up with some strategies , employees

there’s change of any sort, I analyze the situation and
I always try to find ways I can contribute to change

pressure?
The best way to answer is that I believe
that my productivity is more than 100%
under difficult situations.
My philosophy is to keep calm and go
about to handle the situations.

The best way to question this will be , I am
Proactive while I make important decisions by
closely examining , analyzing not only the cause
of situation but also consequences of the
situation and the outcome too that I have made
and also I would take advice from my team
members that advice from my team members
that would help me a lot in talking
important decision.
The reason behind this question is that if interviewer is hiring you at any
post he wants to know if someday you have to go through with that you can
make decisions or not?
I like to gather as much information as possible to aid in my decision, but I also
consider how much time is available to me.
