 Job Summary:
I contacted the company and various governmental and non-governmental
organizations such as immigration, and labor management, municipalities, traffic
departments, the Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Justice, and the
Chamber of Commerce and non-governmental organizations, etc.
 Visas: responsible for applying, obtaining, renewing all kind of visa, residence permits ,
change of sponsorship pertaining to immigration and labor department as and when
required. Other services: arranging exit permits, RP cancellations, reporting absconders
to follow up and search dept. employment contract attestations, RP validity extensions,
attending labor disputes etc.
 Submitting Category engineers & Renewal through the website
 Booking of airline tickets for employees & hotels.
 Responsible to obtain and renewal all necessary company licenses from various
government departments as per the requirement inclusive of ministry of Chamber of
Commerce and department of municipalities.
 Coordinate with hr coordinator vehicle technical passing/ renewals of registrations on
time to valid avoid penalty.
 Arranging Complete all employee files.
 All business with every administration (banks - Municipalities - private companies).
 Coordinate with water and electricity department for required disconnections as and
when required for the company owned/leased accommodations.
 Liaise with company for legal issues, assist , support and respond to the authorities on
behalf of the company staff, protect safe guard company documents, report any misuse.
 Ensure to clear all IOUs, petty cash and other monetary obligations immediately up on
completion of the task or by closing of every week. ( Thursday)
 ensure the accuracy of financial statements
 Prepare and process applications in labor office as well as prepare on-line applications of
immigration in compliance with Qatar laws and regulations. .
 Maintain absolute confidentiality of records
 Fully aware of the Electronic government.
 Ensure to maintain tidiness, safeguard and technical balance of the company provided
vehicle
 Models exceptional behavior and attitude with colleagues and clients, always be
