MS Sql Server: Reporting basics

SQL Server provides tools for creating reports from data sources using Report Definition Language and Report Builder. Reports can be authored using the Report Designer development tool or the web-based Report Builder and can access data from data sources and data sets. Reports allow for customization of page options, inclusion of headers, footers, and interactive features, and use of aggregate functions to summarize data within groupings.
