Maintain a high standard grade in my second year at University. -Work through assignments early to ensure I have enough time to change work if needed. -Tutors to give appropriate feedback in order for me to improve my assignment. -The grades and feedback I am given after handing in an assignment/exam. -I will review after every assignment I get a grade back for. -Get feedback off the specific tutor on how to improve my assignment. -Books/Journals to revise for exams. -The target date for the goal is the end of my second and third university year. -Revise early and make sure I understand all topics for exams. Secure a third year industry placement. -Apply for various placements, for both big and smaller companies. -Practice assessment centres which can improve my skills. -If I succeed in securing a placement year at a good company to work for. -I will access my own performance in situations at the end of each term. -Be successful in any assessment centres and interviews I am given. -CV support, to ensure it is to a high standard. -I aim to have a placement lined up before breaking up for summer. -Maintain a high grade standard for employers to be interested in. Have a successful placement year, which ends in job opportunity or a good reference. -Research the company and the tasks I am asked to complete in order to fully understand my job. -Fellow employees to give advice and help me out in early days. -The company offering me a job after I graduate. -I will review my progress in the company by how well I am completing tasks every week. -Ask fellow employees for advice and form a good workplace relationship in order for us to produce the best results. -Any software I might be using, so I can practice and improve at home. -A good reference which will help me when trying to get graduate jobs. -I will hopefully be offered a graduate job at the company before I graduate. -Turn up to the placement every day and on time. -Develop my skills in the job I am asked to work, so that I can complete tasks to a high standard and impress others. Complete my Business Information Technology degree to a high standard (aiming for a first). -Plan a final year project that will help me achieve a high grade. -Feedback and opinions on my final year product idea for peers and staff. -The overall degree mark I receive when I graduate. -My progress and plan will be assessed after every assignment. -Review all assignment briefs and work towards completing all as soon as possible in order to have time to improve. -Tutors to give appropriate feedback in order for me to improve my assignment. -The target date for this will be June 2018, if I secure a statement. -Buy books and revision material to ensure me the best chance of understanding all aspects of the topic for exams.
