1- Introduction
This paper discuss a basic argument which is
The Argument Main Idea
I claim that, there's a light velocity =1.16 mkm/sec –
This light is the universe original energy from which the matter is created where the
known light beam whose velocity =0.3mkm/sec is created as a side product.
So shortly
The input is the light 1.16 mkm/sec and the output are (1) the matter (2) light
velocity 0.3mkm/sec.
This is the basic idea to answer how the universe is created
In this paper I want to prove that this light velocity 1.16 mkm/sec is a fact.
Here we have only one question
Why this light velocity isn't observed by any of our experimental methods?
We have shown that the matter and light known velocity (0.3mkm/sec) both are
created from this light beam (1.16 mkm/sec)
That explains the Equation E=mc2
– telling that – the matter and light known velocity
are relative to each other
Now we have bodies which should be considered as matters - so our 5 senses – can
realize clearly the light known velocity (0.3mkm/sec) – But we can't realize the
original light beams (1.16 mkm/sec) -
That explains why there's no velocity greater than the known light velocity
(0.3mkm/sec) in our universe – that because our 5 senses can't realize only the light
velocity 0.3mkm/sec – no higher velocity can be realized by our senses – so the
original light beam 1.16mkm/sec can't be discovered by any experimental methods
because our senses can't realize this light
Why can we realize the velocity 0.3mkm/sec and not any higher? This question can
be solved only through analysis of the equation E=mc2
we have to know why light
velocity (c ) is used in this equation? Just through the complete answer of this
question we can answer why we can't realize any other higher velocity of light

Proof Jupiter Energy Analysis proves the velocity 1.16 mkm/sec
The proof main idea
Jupiter orbital circumference analysis shows that –
Jupiter sends energy in light beams form whose velocity 1.16 mkm – and this sending
of energy is continuous for 2 solar days (86400 mkm x 2)
So
Jupiter data shows for first time the value 1.16 mkm/sec – let's see it in following:

(Pluto Orbital Circumference-Jupiter Orbital Circumference) x2π=200448 mkm
1.16 mkm/sec x 2 x 86400 seconds =200448 mkm

But
100224 mkm = (Pluto Orbital Circumference – Jupiter Orbital Circumference) x π (I)
(Error less 1%)

(Venus Orbital Circumference follow simply equation II where the error less 1%)
Discussion
How to understand the previous data? First let's suppose that "Distance = Energy"
Equation No. A
The difference between 2 orbital circumferences (Pluto & Jupiter)x 2π = The distance
passed by light (1.16 mkm/sec) during 2 solar days (2x 86400 seconds)!
Why?
The difference between 2 orbital circumference (Neptune & Earth) x π =86400 km
This same result we can reach between Neptune & Venus –
So we need 2 x 86400 mkm which is found in the equation No. A
I try to show that
The data is in full consistency – simply – we deal with an energy of light beam
reflected from point to another and by that the same energy is seen in different places
I see the conclusion is absolute logical
But let's ask – how this energy moves –
Energy Trajectory summary
It's a light beam (with velocity 1.16 mkm/sec) travels from Jupiter to Pluto for 2 solar
days produce a distance = 200448 mkm – from this distance Neptune created its
orbital circumference consuming 14% - the rest of energy is divided into 2 equal
parts (each =86400 mkm) and reflected toward the inner planets.
This is the idea clearly - If It's fact – So there's a light velocity =1.16 mkm/sec
Let's try to prove that in following:

distance…proving that the energy is reflected from Neptune

1.46 mkm/sec = Neptune velocity per solar day (0.4665 mkm/day) x π
= 0.3mkm /s (light known velocity) + 1.16 mkm/s (light supposed velocity)
1.3 degrees = Jupiter Orbital Inclination
So
Jupiter Orbital Inclination is a result of divide the velocities 1.46 mk/ 1.1318 mk
(The previous equation can be understood only with the claim – that – Planet motion
for 1 solar day depends on light motion for 1 second) – that shows Jupiter data still
related to the light velocity 1.16 mkm/sec

28200 km = 1.16 mkm /sec - 1.1318 mkm /day
Again, this equation also can be understood only with the claim that – the planet
motion for 1 solar day depends on light motion for 1 second –
So light motion for 1 second =1.16 mkm and Jupiter motion for 1 day = 1.1318mkm
The difference =28200 km
If 1000 = 1 degree ( instead of the rate we know from Mercury data 1 mkm=1 degree)
So 28200 km will be = 28.2 degrees (where 28.3 degrees = Neptune Axial Tilt)
So, Neptune axial tilt is defined based on the difference velocities between the light
velocity 1.16 mkm/sec and Jupiter velocity 1.1318 mkm per solar day
The argument (Planet motion for 1 solar day depends on light motion for 1 second)
will be discussed in the next Part My Research Basic Arguments (V)
But
How 1000 km = 1 degree?! We don't know this rate? Just in Earth moon orbital
motion because the moon daily displacement =88000km – this distance is used by
Mercury also but in form 88 days – so 1000 km = 1 day = 1 degree
Because the moon orbit regresses yearly 19 degrees and that causes change in eclipse
calendar with 19 days

This discussion is so complex than the previous one – but it will be more clear in next
part because the discussion is so complex and can't be followed to this subject – we
have before to discuss Uranus Position in the Sky because Uranus is perpendicular on
the inner planets as we will see in the next part.

Proof Mercury & Pluto Relationship proves the velocity 1.16 mkm/sec
I- Data
(1) Mercury day needs 5040 seconds to be 176 solar days
(2) during 5040 seconds the light (1.16mkm/sec) travels = 5846.4 mkm (Mercury
Pluto Distance)
(3) Mercury during the nodal year (346.6 days) moves a distance = 1433.5 mkm and
Mercury during 1433.5 days moves a distance = 5846.4 mkm (Mercury Pluto
Distance)
II- Discussion
The previous data tells that – Mercury follows the light motion to Pluto point
Mercury simply moves a series starting from 346.6 days (nodal year) and produce the
value 1433.5 mkm (Saturn orbital distance) and depending on this result it produces
Mercury Pluto distance

I try to show that –the velocity 1.16 mkm/sec is found simply in different data in the
solar system
Of course Jupiter Energy is the most clear data – but many other places show clearly
the velocity 1.16 mkm/sec which supports the claim that this velocity is a real
geometrical player in the solar system

We know the SS main equation Z =2x +1 y
A Special form of it 1.16 mkm = 0.406 mkm +2 x 0.377 mkm
Where
0.406 mkm = Pluto motion per 1 solar day
0.377 mkm = Saturn Circumference
Data
(1) During 6.2 hours – the light (with supposed energy 1.16 mkm/sec) travels a
distance =25920 mkm
But
(2) Light known velocity (0.3 mkm/sec) during a solar day (86400 s) a distance
=25920 mkm
Also
(3) All solar planets velocities (17.75 mkm per solar day) pass together during 1461
days a distance = 25920 mkm

Pluto Day =6.2 Mars Days – so if this value 6.2 is used as 6.2 hours – that will
perform the data in Point No. (1) –

Once again – the previous data can be understood with the claim that "Planet motion
for 1 solar day depends on light motion for 1 second period"

Let's suppose that- we use 1 second only for this equation – How the values will be
changed? The velocities will be distances as following…
(Venus distance for 1 second 35 km/ Earth distance for 1 second 29.8 km) =1.16
Suppose that there's a velocity of light =1.16 mkm/sec
So – This light beam will pass during 29.8 seconds a distance = 35 mkm
But Venus distance =35 km – Not Million km – how to understand that?
Let's leave this question for a while now …
I want to say that – all planets velocities follow this same explanation because the
rate (1.16) is used for all planets velocities where 1.3456 = (1.16)2

1.3456 = 1.0725 x 1.25463 where the rate (1.0725) is found for lorentz length
contraction effect as we have discussed frequently before
I try to show that, the planets velocities are created depending on the rate 1.16 –
Now to accept my explanation for this rate we have 2 tasks

I try to show that – the outer planets diameters total isn't just a number – it's a
geometrical player define the planets rotation periods – the geometrical mechanism is
hard for me to grasp but the data supports the claim clearly
That may tell us why Earth Moon diameter is related to the light velocity!
The following data supports this claim
(a)
10921 km (Earth Moon Circumference) x 27.3 = 300000 km
The equation tells that – if the moon rotates around its axis once daily – so during its
rotation period the moon will move a distance= light motion for 1 second =300000k
(light known velocity 0.3 mkm/se)
(b)
10921 km (Earth Moon Circumference) x 86400 seconds (a solar day) =940 mkm
The equation tells that – If Earth revolves the sun a complete revolution (940 mkm)
in one solar day only – so the moon circumference will be equal a distance of its
motion for 1 second period
(c)
43000 km (Perigee and apogee distance) x27.3 x0.99 = 1.16 mkm
The equation tells that – If the moon moves from perigee to apogee once daily so
during its orbital rotation period will move a distance =1.16 mkm = light motion for 1
second (light supposed velocity)

Proof Earth Energy
Jupiter shows a light beam with velocity =1.16 mkm /sec – by this light beam Jupiter
provides the solar system main energy – this idea we have discussed before – so let's
see the next one
Now if Earth is the planet energies summation product so why Earth energy has no
this type of light (1.16 mkm/sec)?
Earth Circumference =40080 km
When Earth rotates around here axis – she moves a distance = 40080 km
Did we use before the distance value and a time value? Yes
So
40080 km we should use as 40080 seconds
Now
I suppose that –40080 seconds on Earth = 1 second on Jupiter
Means
Earth motion during 40080 seconds is seen as motion of 1 second to Jupiter
40080 seconds x 29.8 mkm/sec (Earth Velocity) = 1.2 million km
For some (unknown) geometrical necessity, the Value 1.2 mkm will be
1.2 mkm = 1.16 mkm + 0.04 mkm (0.04 = Earth Circumference)
The value 1.16 mkm will be seen as a velocity in 1 second = 1.16 mkm/sec
Where 40080 seconds on Earth = 1 second on Jupiter

1461 mkm ………..do we know this value? In fact we know only the value 1461
days =(365+365+365+366)= Earth 4 years Cycle….!
II- Discussion
This is very hard equation to discuss and in fact it's the most important proof for the
claim…
(1461 mkm) this value we should consider equal to (1461 days)… that because the
time and distance values can be equivalent… this idea we have discussed deeply in
my previous paper

The main difficult number is the value (1259.3 seconds)…. Let's try to know how
this number is found….!
Venus axial tilt = 177.4 degrees but Saturn orbital inclination =2.5 degrees
So the total = 177.4+2.5= 179.9 degrees … if we multiply this number with 7
(Mercury Orbital Inclination = 7 degrees) we'll reach to the value 1259.3 degrees2
What's the theoretical idea behind the previous calculating process? I claim that
Saturn cooperate with Venus and consist the base on which the whole solar group
depends in their motion and existence…so the result 179.9 degrees was the most
important value in the solar and the result 1259.3 degrees2
is the first production where
Mercury depends on Saturn- Venus Cooperation to produce this value 1259.3 degrees2
…
Now How 1259.3 degrees2
can be 1259.3 seconds….?!
Mercury orbital circumference = 360 mkm =360 degrees…. i.e. if the solar group is
one machine and Mercury is one gear in this machine – as I claim- that means 1
degree can be seen as 1 mkm because Mercury orbital circumference can make these
both values be exchangeable…now the 1 degree becomes 1 mkm …. But we have
explained in the previous paragraph that the time and distance values can be
equivalent…so this 1259.3 mkm will be 1259.3 seconds….! In fact Neptune reflected
energy supports this claim where 86400 seconds = the solar day we have found
energy = 86400 mkm.. (86400 mkm = (Neptune orb. Circum- Earth orb. Circum) x π
What does that means?
The value 1259.3 degrees expresses the whole solar group because based on the
Saturn- Venus Cooperation the whole solar group is living and move…that means the
value 1461 mkm or 1461 days (both are equivalent)… this value express the whole
solar group geometry…
That's why Earth Orbital Period 365.25 days is very important period in the solar group….

That's why the sun circles Earth during 365.25 days, giving Earth the same face
always during the year such chance which isn't provided to any other planet…. That
Because the value 1461 days express the whole Solar Group….
Now this claim isn't supported yet…. Shortly..
How to prove that the value 1461 days express the whole solar group…?
Let's answer in following:
We remember Earth Axial Precession Cycle whose period = 25920 years… we
have referred to it before
Light with known velocity (0.3 million km/ sec) travels during a complete solar day
(86400 seconds) a distance = 25920 million km – because time and distance value
equivalence so this both values were considered relating to each other….
But
1461 days x 17.6 million km daily = 25920 million km (Equation 2-2)
1461 days : (365+365+365+366) which is Earth 4 years Cycle
17.6 million km daily : Solar Planets Velocities Daily Total
We have seen that, the light during a solar day 86400 seconds travels a distance =
25920 mkm but all solar planets velocities daily total perform in fact this same
distance during the period 1461 mkm…!
We may conclude that, the planets motions followed the light motion but by different
rate of time…
The different rate of time is found based on the relativistic effects because of the
velocities difference…
We have seen before the Planet motion followed the light motion… this was repeated
2 times at least

) Mercury motion is followed a light beam preceded Mercy to Pluto
(2nd
) Earth Moon Motion is followed a light beam travels from Jupiter to Uranus
Please Note…
1- The Value 17.6 million km daily is produced by supposing that the Earth Moon
Velocity daily = 2.41 million km - in fact the moon velocity should be equal Earth
velocity daily(=2.58 mkm/ daily) Otherwise they will be separated from each other –
but why the moon velocity daily =2.41 mkm/ day? It later will be discussed
2- The value 1259.3 discussion isn't finished yet because of the following:
a- 1259.3 degrees = 179.9 x 7 (Mercury orbital inclination = 7 degrees)
b- 511.1 degrees (solar planets axial tilts total) = 1259 x 0.406 (Pluto Velocity

The Geometrical Mechanism still so complex and unclear before me

…. What does that mean? a light beams travel with 0.3mkm/sec
pass a distance during 1 second…. i.e. the light passed only 0.3mkm and then we'll
take the square of this value…what geometrical reason behind…? Not reach yet…
Now 90000 mkm = 86400 mkm +3600 mkm
This equation isn't working….. in fact we use 86400 mkm and 3600 seconds.… what
geometrical reason … I don't know yet…. We should refer to that there are
relativistic effects in the solar group and based on these relativistic effects the time
and distance values can be equivalent (we have discussed that before) so why we use
3600 seconds in place of 3600 mkm that because the relativistic effects toward us
create this value 3600 in seconds unit… that's relating to the frames interacting in the
solar group … i.e. we need to know which AREA (or may be location…etc) in which
the relativistic effects cause the value to be seen as time or as distance units… and
based on the classification we may reach why we use 3600 seconds in place of
3600mkm while we in fact use 86400 mkm and not 86400 seconds…!

Distance… Why double value? Because during 360 degrees there's a straight

Simply that tells us the solar group motion (almost) depend on this value 90000 mkm

is effective greatly on the solar group geometry…

97.8 degrees =Uranus axial tilt –that means –If Uranus axial tilt (97.8) can be used in

Discussion
I wish I have succeeded in my task – I have tried to show that Earth Axial Tilt (for
example) isn't a mere number of degrees (23.45 degrees) effect by this value only –
but Earth axial tilt (23.45 deg) is a value of energy effects by different forms – as
113.45 degrees or 113.45 mkm or 23.45 mkm or even 113.45 days or also 23.45 days
The unit is relative as we have discussed in the previous arguments – for that any of
the planets data has different fields of its effect on the solar system geometry –

This equation can help us greatly – because 4 planets axial tilts are rated to each other
by this same rate (1.0725) (which I claim is found as a result of Lorentz length
contraction effect) – so all these 4 axial tilts values are one value only –
I try to show that – Planets Data Can't Be Independent From Each Other the
values which we see independent as 97.8 deg and 23.45 deg in fact they are created
depending on each other.
