U.S.A. It has production of Ammonia 800MTD and Urea has 1300MTD. Accountabilities Responsible for the Preventive and Schedule Maintenance of all area including Ammonia, Urea, Utility and B&S of Following Equipment; Electrical System Steam turbines (2*7.5MW). Gas turbine (1*10MW) Boilers (2*35TPH, 1*HRSG). Power management system (I.L.M.S Schneider). Transformer, Switchgear, MCC Motors (11kV, 3kV & 380V). Fire detector and alarm system. Ensures calibration of all process instruments as per calibration schedule and requirement of Production Department. Responsible to Communicate Relevant Staff about HSE Policy, Procedures, Applicable Regulatory Requirements and Significance of PPE’s at Root Levels. Reviews shutdown/TA list as prepared by the Planning and Scheduling Engineer and sets priorities on all jobs according to type of shutdown, time requirement and on Production department requirements. Responsible for the safe, proper execution of the jobs. Prepare & Review of Annual Maintenance, Turnaround and CAPEX Budget. Identify the Process Safety Management Critical Equipment List. March 2009 to June 2012 Worked as an Instrument Engineer in Waste Heat Recovery Power Plant at Attock Cement Pakistan Limited (ACPL) in Electrical & Instrumentation Department. ACPL is a member of Pharaon Group of Companies operating in Pakistan. ACPL has attained ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14000 certifications from Lloyds Register Quality Assurance (LRQA) in 2002 and 2006. Accountabilities Responsible for the Maintenance and Commissioning of 10MW Waste Heat Recovery Power Plant. Responsible for the Installation and Commissioning and then after Maintenance of Field Instrumentations including Temperature, Pressure, Flow, Level ,Vibration and other Securities and Control System.
- 4. Performing all the Tests including Site Acceptance and Factory Accepting Test. Complete commissioning of Siemens PLC (416-3DP, ET200M along with 300PLC I/O’s Card) Control System. Make Preventive Maintenance Plan for the best performance of the Plant. Worked as a PLC Shift Engineer to maintain the Smooth Operation of Plant. Ensure to Maintain the 6 Field Control Stations (Consist of Siemens S7-412-2DP CPU) Operations. Prepare critical Spare List for Smooth Operation of Plant. Replaced the Communication System of a Plant from Ethernet to Fiber Optics and also made the ProfiBus DP Redundant System. PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION Bachelors of Electronic Engineering from N.E.D University of Engineering & Technology Karachi Pakistan with GPA 3.0/4.0.
