- 1. Preliminary Task Time Line By Olivia Cope
- 2. MONDAY We are going to take pictures of our chosen locations, and practice our camera angles with test shots. Tilly is going to take the test shots and we all put in our ideas for the dialogue. W E E K 1
- 3. TUESDAY The group is going to meet up to discuss how we will film shots, i.e. handheld or on a tripod and what the actresses should wear We will also decide what time we should start filming on Thursday because we need to make sure it is dark outside to set the scene.
- 4. WEDNESDAY During our media lesson, we will go and find Helen and Lana (our actresses) so we can tell them what we have come up with; times, costume etc and give them their lines. We will also get our permission slip signed today, to show we are responsible for the cameras.
- 5. THURSDAY Today we are going to film the first scene of our preliminary: Claudia will be in charge of the make up, positioning of the actresses and making the blood, while the rest of us set up the camera. Ellen, Tilly and Olivia will each take turns to film.
- 6. FRIDAY Our actresses will not be available to film on this day so we will use this time to edit, update our blogs, and plan for next week’s filming.
- 7. MONDAY For the duration of our double lesson today we will receive a list from our teacher of the tasks we have to include on our blogs and make sure we have got everything prior to filming on Wednesday. W E E K 2
- 8. TUESDAY We will use this day to prepare our props and costumes and ensure our actresses are still available to film the following day.
- 9. WEDNESDAY Today we will film the second part of our preliminary. We will wait until a suitable time that we have agreed upon so the darkness outside is perfect. Our actresses have only got until 6pm so we will need to be prompt and use our time sensibly. Olivia will be capturing footage for “behind the scenes“, whilst Claudia, Ellen and Tilly film and ensure the camera angles and lighting are correct.
- 10. THURSDAY Update our blogs and uploaded pictures from and about our previous two weeks of filming. Upload the scenes we filmed and clips for “behind the scenes”.
- 11. FRIDAY We will go through the footage we filmed and select which ones we wish to use in our final preliminary movie. We will then begin editing.
