Natural resources are useful things that come from nature and are needed for human survival. Non-renewable resources like coal are found underground and exist in finite quantities, meaning they cannot be replenished once depleted. Renewable resources such as wind and solar energy can be regrown or reproduced sustainably so they never run out if properly maintained and the earth is kept clean to protect these ongoing resources.
