IT INCLUDES FORMAL AS WELL INFORMAL CONVERSATION . THE PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND INTELLIGENCE POSSESSED BY MANAGER BECOMES MATERIAL ONLY WHEN HE / SHE INTERACTS WITH ALL THE MEMBERS OF ITS FIRM AND BUILT UNDERSTANDING IN THEM . GOING IN DIRECTION it can happen in any direction depending on the situation as well as the type of conversation. VERBAL OR NON VERBAL it can be in any of the ways . Verbal communication is the use of auditory language to exchange information with other people. A MEANS NOT AN END it is not an end . - 7. Communication in Management Communication in Law management is the means of achieving organizational goals. Every function of management depends on communication . As well as , efficiency and effectiveness of management depends on kind of communication . In fact, without information plans cannot be formulated , activities cannot be organized , directives cannot be issued and control cannot be ensured . it is very essential as it has to be precise , effective and should put great impact the way one communicate in legal terms can make him the best lawyer as well as can ruin his career. To have an effective communication or to connect with their clients, a lawyer should have patience be expressful.
- 8. CONCLUSION Hence, communication is important well required in every field of work . so, that the word carried out in complete and in efficient manner. It has some barriers but proper communication can overcome that so that no hinderance comes during the course of work . In business or in any organization communication leads to interactive session at all levels in the hierarchy as it is pervasive which further leads productiveness and goal achievement.
