Project: Telenor Combined (North) Main job responsibilities included: Troubleshooting 2G/3G Call Drops, Failed or delayed HOs, IRAT HOs, IRAT Cell Reselections, Pilot pollution, Co Channel, Adjacent Channel and coverage issues. Troubleshooting overshooting cells. Monitoring of HO performance. Neighbor and frequency Audit. Identifying missing or one-way defined neighbors Drive Test for LTE/UMTS/HSDPA/R99/GSM Services by using TEMS 16.1. Call Testing includes CS Call, PS Call, Video Call, Handover Tests includes all types of Handovers i.e IRAT, Soft, Softer and interfrequency handovers. Monitoring 4G RF Parameters RSRP,SINR,PCI,RSRQ, Cell Reselection, PCI Verification CSFB MO & MT , IRAT,Throughput, Latency Test/PING Test ,PS Switching, Intra-e NodeB Handover. Monitoring 3G RF Parameters SC, RSCP, Ec/No, RSSI (Serving/Active and Neighbour) and Handovers. Benchmarking with other operators (Monitoring HSPA, RSCP, Ec/No). Coverage Drive,Swap Test, Identifying various issue based on Coverage, RSCP, Quality, Ec/Io, and Pilot pollution. Performed cluster & issue based 2G/3G drive testing. Resolution of customer complaints by on spot analyzing DT logs & taking corrective. measures like redesigns & neighbor tuning. Coordinating with BSS Ops teams for the rectification of hardware issues. Conduct Drive Test with the help of NEMO KIT for Mean opinion score(MOS) for PTA. Generate reports in NEMO ANLYZE software in order to evaluate the Qos. Preparing 2G/3G Cluster & Customer Complaint, and SSV Reports.
- 2. Post Processing log files using TEMS Discovery, TEMS Investigation and MapInfo. Performed customer complaints, Walk test for IBS, Cluster drive test etc. Making the Report using MapInfo. Making Cell Files, MIPTs, Cluster Boundaries, LAC Boundaries . Project: CMPak Optimization Project March, 2014 to March 2015. Includes identification of issues such as Interference, Call Drop, Block Call, Congestion, HO Failure, Missing Neighbor etc. through Drive Test. Verifying thathandovers between sectors and neighboring sites takeplaceas per optimization requirement. Monitor system performanceindicators such as Receive level (Rx-Lev), Receive Quality (Rx-Qual) Working on TEMS for Voice and Short Call Testing. Making the report using both report generator of TEMS and using MapInfo. Making presentations of the reports.
