- 8. 1. This plant with the most modern equipment was set up in the year 1968. 2. Manufactured at an ultra-modern plant, with technology obtained from our earlier collaborators, Federal Mogul Corporation, USA and now with NTN Corporation, JAPAN, these bearings are used by all major automobiles, truck and tractor manufacturers in the country as original equipment. 3. The above bearings are manufacture in inch & metric series form 15.857mm bore to 95.25mm bore. 4. For TRB NEI has Automatic Grinding Lines with in-process & post process gauges. - 10. 1. Taper Roller Bearing (TRB) are bearing that can take large axial (thrust) and radial force. 2. Based on the observation that cones that meet at a point can roll over each other without slipping. 3. - 13. Roller End Grinding Taper Roller face grinding in this grinding process the end faces of the taper rollers are pre-ground and finished in one pass. The roller is guided by the end faces within the bearing; a very fine surface finish and exact geometry must be achieved.

- 16. The Honning is mainly used to correct some out of roundness, taper, and tool marks left by previous operation or axial distortion. Honning is done by means of bonded abrasive grit stick stones(of aluminum oxide or silicon carbide) applied to the surface to be honed under controlled pressure and with a combination of rotary and reciprocating motion of stones. Due to relative motion between workpiece and abrasive stones and its hardness a very small amount of material is removed from the workpiece. Roller OD Honning
