Position Title: Programmer/Analyst – Microsoft .NET Business Unit: Enterprise - Solution Delivery Location: Bethlehem, Lancaster, Reading Employment Status: Full Time With Complete Benefit Package Position Description: Meet and consult with clients to determine scope and effort Participate in requirements definition and prototype design Architect, develop, and implement Windows and browser-based applications using the Microsoft.Net developer toolsets, including Visual Studio 2008 & 2010 & 2012 Architect, develop, and implement supporting database systems using Microsoft SQL Server 2005 & 2008 R2 & 2012 Collaborate with graphic designers and integrate HTML/DHTML/CSS/JavaScript/AJAX to functional programming Provide consistent written documentation to clients in the form of project status memos and meeting recaps Participate as a Weidenhammer team member in supporting others throughout the organization Education/Certification: BS in computer science or equivalent experience Current Microsoft certifications desirable Experience: Minimum of four years designing and developing Windows and browser-based software solutions Database architecture with SQL Server including normalized design, stored procedures, reporting services, and integration services Strong written and oral communication skills as well as good interpersonal and presentation skills Experience with data warehousing development a plus Advanced expertise in the following technologies: ASP.NET Framework using either VB or C#, SQL Server development and reporting solutions, including SQL Server Reporting Services Windows programming experience in VB.NET or C#.NET a plus Experience with PHP/mySQL web development language a plus Previous consultative assignments experience a plus Application Knowledge: .NET Framework including: Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 & 2010 & 2012 .NET Framework 2.0 to 4.5, and its implementation using VB or C# code behind SQL Server 2005 & 2008 R2 & 2012 management toolset IIS web server Microsoft Office Hardware Platform/ OS Knowledge: Microsoft Windows 7 Microsoft Windows Server 2003, 2008
