R4 is configured to run OSPF and participate in area 1 on its Serial1/0 interface which connects it to R3's main branch office. R3 and R5 have different OSPF hello and dead intervals configured on their connected interfaces. R1 has a non-default OSPF hello interval configured which needs to be removed to resolve a problem. The issue preventing OSPF neighbors from forming between R3 and R6 is that they have the same router ID of 192.168.3.3 configured, which should be unique.
