LABELING THE TITLE PAGE
 Put your name, class name and period and my
name in the upper right hand corner of the first
page of your notebook.
 On the title line of the first page in your notebook,
label this page “Table of Contents.”
 Organize the entire page into 3 columns:
 1st column on the left hand side of the page, about 2
inches. Label this at the top of the column “Page #”
 2nd column in the center of the page, about 5 inches
wide. Label this at the top of the column “Title.”
 3rd column on the right hand side of the page, about 1
inch wide. Label this at the top of the column “Grade.”
