The recruitment test consists of 4 rounds
 Written test
 Group discussion
 Technical interview

WRITTEN TEST
 It was an online test conducted by AMCAT, an adaptive test with moderate
difficulty level. Once you answer a question you can’t come back. There was
no negative marking.
 English-25 Questions, 25 minutes
 Quantitative ability-25 Questions, 35 minutes
 Logical reasoning-24 Questions, 35 minutes
 Computer programming- 25 Questions, 25 minutes
GD,Technical and HR Interviews
 GD topics are “Love vs Arranged Marriage”,”Social website benefit or not”,
“Youth giving more importance to money in career”,”Impact of cinema on
Youth”,”Politics and Youth”
 They mostly prefer current situations in the society
 Technical Interview include c,c++,java questions and queries on your project
 HR Interview include about yourself,Anything Innovative in your Life,
Strengths and Weakness…etc

Eligibility..
Primary Criteria
 4 years full time Engineers from 2014 batch (CS/IT/ECE/EIE)
 60% aggregate throughout their education (X, XII and Engg)
 History of Arrears not more than 2
Compensation
 During training period of 4-16 weeks a stipend of Rs.12000/- PM will be paid.
 After successful completion of the training a salary of Rs.3,00,000 P.A will be paid
 Nature of Job
 Will be part of Application and Development practice and Software Testing group
 They should be open to work in Shifts as per business needs
 Open to relocate to other locations based on requirements
 Open for cross training ( other than the trained one )into other technologies
 Job Responsibilities: Profile includes part of Application and Development practice and
Software Testing
