- 1. ENHACING MONITORING SYSTEM; THRU ATTENDANCE SHEET, CLASS SCHEDULING OF FACULTY AND STAFF OF JRMSU-TC Objectives: The propose system aims to upgrade the monitoring system of the faculty and staff of JRMSU-TC thru the faculty class schedule from manual operations to computerized. 1. To give the department heads information of their members’ activity especially to their members’ behavior. 2. To give the department heads distinguished their members’ either comes late or come on time based on their class schedule. 3. To give the faculty and staff awareness regarding to their daily attendances and improve and enhanced faculty and staff performances. 4. To give the personnel in-charge easier and faster way in monitoring faculty and staff attendances and class schedule. Purpose: 1. To avoid manual errors in recording faculty and staff attendances and class schedules and also gives more accurate, efficient, secured data entry especially in faculty and staff daily attendance by using faculty and staff security code. 2. To monitor faculty and staff daily operations through their class schedules and daily transactions. 3. To give more speedy in submission of reports and able to manage in storing information properly. 4. To lessen the cost of operations, in recording of faculty and staff class attendances in every departments.
- 2. UPGRADING INFORMATION SYSTEM OF JRMSU-TC DORMITORIES VIA LOCAL AREA NETWORKS Objectives: The study shall aims to upgrade the information system of JRMSU-TC dormitories via local area networks. The study also aims to trace all guest/occupants in every dormitory, room reservations and especially occupant’s school activities. The study also gives the dormitory in-charge monitored the occupants schedule such as: subjects, time, instructor, rooms, departments, and also their log-in time and date, log-out time and date most especially the occupants purposes. 1. To upgrade the information system of the JRMSU-TC Dormitories from manual tradition to computer-based operations. 2. To give the dormitory in-charge more easier and faster way in tracing occupant’s daily activities. 3. To give the occupants’ easier way in room booking in every dormitory. Purpose: 1. To developed the traditional manual process into a computerized information system. 2. It will help the dormitory in-charge improve their performance in catering occupants’ daily activities. 3. To gives more faster way in searching occupants’ informations.

COMPUTERIZED COMPUTATION OF LOCAL WATER WORKS ASSOCIATION (LOWWA) OF BARANGAY ZNAC, TAMPILISAN, ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE Objectives: The study aims to provide a computerized computation of the Local Water Works Association (LOWWA) of Barangay Znac, Tampilisan, Zamboanga del Norte which gives the personnel in-charge an easier way in computing consumers water consumption thru their water meter. This also aims to improve the services of the personnel in-charge in catering clients. It also gives ease to the consumers to acquire information regarding to their payments for water consumption on time. 1. To provide faster and efficient computation of water usage. 2. To help the personnel in-charge in preparing reports systematically. 3. To give the personnel in-charge the easiest way in storing data. Purpose: 1. Provide accurate information in retrieving information. 2. To give more accurate data output. 3. To prevent losses of records.

PAYMENTS RECORD AND STOCK INVENTORY SYSTEM AT JUMAWAN MOTOR PARTS, TAMPILISAN, ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE Introduction: Some business establishment is manually operated especially in recording payments and inventorying of stocks. This traditional process spent a lot of time to accomplish the task and most especially it is prone to error in preparing various reports, it is just because they are using columnar sheets in recording such payments and more human efforts needed in inventorying of stocks. In order to give solution to this problem, computer-based payments record and stock inventory system helps the personnel in- charge improved their performance in catering customers. With the used of new improved computer-based records and inventory system personnel in-charge will not feel bored in counting the stocks because it gives least time consumption in processing of reports , least efforts spent and fast operation to every transactions. TRANSCYCLE MORTGAGE RECORDING SYSTEM AT TAMPILISAN, ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE Introduction: Public and private institutions are adopting new computerized technologies to process transactions fast and easy that can cater the huge customers. Especially, Transcycle Incorporated used a manual process in storing and retrieving customers records which seems to be obsolete nowadays especially in processing customers records which causes the personnel in-charge feel bored in searching customer records which is filed in the customer ledger book. Objectives: 1. To attain the goals of the company by using the new improved technologies 2. To improved the services rendered by the personnel in-charge. 3. To give the personnel in-charge the easiest way in recording customers record. Purpose: 1. To provide faster and easier way in recording, searching and retrieving customer records. 2. It gives more convenient to the personnel in-charge in recording records. 3. to have more efficient, accurate and secured data recording.

COMPUTERIZED BARANGAY RECORDING AND INFORMATION SYSTEM AT BARANGAY POBLACION, TAMPILISAN, ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE Introduction: Government offices such as the Office of the Barangay Captain used the traditional manual process in recording records and information. Recording resident’s information the office of the barangay captain is not an easy task because it contains different information such as: barangay clearances, barangay blotter entry and some information in the said office. Some resident feel bored in waiting their request to be finished because the personnel in-charge uses only a type writer in creating such request. Computerized barangay recording and information system helps the personnel in- charge to make their transaction fast and easy. Especially in searching residents record and information and generate reports on time. Objectives: 1. To attain the goals of the company by using the new improved technologies 2. CENTRALIZED PHARMACY CASHIERING AND RECORDING SYSTEM AT J&M PHARMACY, LILOY, ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE Introduction: At the start, J&M Pharmacy is practicing traditional manual process in recording medicines and some stocks, and also in calculating sales, incomes and expenses. The company uses spreadsheets in recording sales which more time spent by the personnel in- charge, more errors encountered in tallying records. The company set a schedule either monthly, quarterly or annually in checking their records that causes that the pharmacy is not available. Using computer-based system, J&M Pharmacy can give more services to their customers because the programmable system may helps the personnel in-charge make their transaction fast and easy and it can avoid errors in recording and calculating of sales and it can lessen the cost maintenance set by the owner. COMPUTERIZED ENROLLMENT SYSTEM AT AVE MARIA COLLEGE, LILOY, ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE Introduction: Enrollment systems in different areas are practicing computerized system which is known that computerized system may give a big help to the in-charge, it give more efficient, fast and easy to govern. In a since that, Ave Maria College is still practicing traditional one which may cause some several error especially in preparing report. Computerized enrollment system may not only cater the well of the student but also the personnel in-charge which is the one who entertain the student during enrollment period. By using the new technologies, student can enroll in an easy way personnel in- charge can cater the student in time. It can prepare reports on time as needed by the schools. Objectives: 1. To be able to give student satisfaction in terms of enrollment period. Purpose: 1. To lessen the cost maintenance. 2. To avoid human errors in preparing various reports. 3. To give more efficient, accurate records.

COMPUTERIZED RECORDING INFORMATION SYSTEM AT THE REGISTRAR’S OFFICE OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAMPILISAN, TAMPILISAN, ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE Introduction: The registrar’s office at the Municipality of Tampilisan is still in manual process in recording records, giving clients information and in generation of reports which seems to be more time spent by the personnel in-charge in searching records. Computerization of the said office may give help to the personnel in-charge to make their transaction fast and easy especially in recording, searching and retrieving information and it can also give more efficient and accurate reports needed in the office. Objectives: 1. To make their transaction fast and easy. 2. To eliminate manual process. 3. To have a secured records. Purpose: 1. In order to give more efficient and accurate reports. 2. To minimize human errors in recording records. 3. To help their transaction to be more systematic in terms of recording.
