- 2. Personal Statement After almost twenty years work experience recently earned a Psychology B.A. degree. Work experience has included management and a diverse array of individual responsibilities in I.T. such as programming, networking, server and desktop support. Personally, a married Christian with a priority on ethical decision making. Immediate career goals include earning a MBA in managerial finance while maintaining current personal and career status. Long-term career goals are to help a business achieve success while operating ethically in a competitive environment.

Reflection During my academic tenure at Argosy, earning a degree in Psychology, learning’s have included qualitative skills such as communication skills, interpersonal effectiveness as well as a basic understanding of biopsychology, cognitive psychology, human physiology, personality theories, world religions, sociology and social psychology. Learning concerning the influences nature and nurture have on an individual is very insightful. An individual’s thoughts and actions are bases on both their biology and learned experiences. This understanding is very beneficial when working together with others.

- 6. My Future in Learning Learning is a lifelong process. My desire for learning can be described in the following statement, “the more learned the greater the understanding there is more to learn”. Many nights spent reading were in a state of awe realizing my years of searching for answers through experience have already been discovered with scientific theories applied to them. Although life’s experiences offer much to be learned, texts as well as the Internet offer vast amounts of information already documented of which wouldn’t be possible to learn in a lifetime of experiences. As a lifelong learner, envision my future as learning through reading and studying then applying this to my life experiences.
