Dr. Charles Schlesinger placed two 6mm macro implants in sites #2 and #3. The osteotomies were prepared using round burs and osteotomy formers. Both implants achieved primary stability over 45N/cm and were immediately loaded with temporary acrylic restorations. Final impressions were taken 4 weeks later to fabricate permanent crowns.
