We also focused on the sounds of /ow/ and /ou/. Reading– We started reading our first novel, Stone Fox this week. We will probably finish it next week. Writing- This week, we focused on the ideas trait of writing. We practiced writing with more descriptive words and details. Math– We started Unit 4 (decimals) this week. We are currently learning how to convert fractions to decimals (and decimals to fractions) along with how decimals and fractions can relate to money. We will learn about rounding decimals next week.
