Odoo 14 Time Off Management

INTRODUCTION ❖ A proper leave management system is an essential part of any office or business enterprise. ❖ A proper system for leave management will help the management to calculate salary, paid leaves, paid offs, and other leave categories. ❖ Odoo ERP helps to manage all these in an easy way with Time-Off Module.
- 3. 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 8 ❖ This is the Time off dashboard. It shows a calendar view of the Login users leaves, allocation, etc
- 4. 1 2 8 7 6 5 4 Using these option we can see the daily, monthly, yearly calendar view. You can create a new time off request using this button(Slide 5). You can create a new Allocation using this button(Slide 6). It is showing total working days of current month, total leaves taken,etc. It is showing total working hours of current month, compensatory days taken, etc. It is showing total sick time off. If more types of leave is used it will also be displayed. Displays leaves and it will be marked in those days in the calendar view. The types of leaves used will be displayed here. 3
- 5. ❖ When clicked on the button New Time Off this popup will come, we can set the number of days and save it. And it will be sent to manager. 2
- 6. ❖ When clicked on the button New Allocation this popup will come, we can set the number of days, description and save it. And it will be sent to manager. 3
- 7. ❖ In Time off > My Time Off > My Time Off Request we can see all the Time Off request submitted by this user.
- 8. ❖ We can create a new Time Off request from here. And it can be sent to manager
- 9. ❖ In Time off > My Time Off > My Allocation Requests, we can see all the Allocation Requests submitted by this user here. We can create a new allocation request from here similar to time off creation. And it can be sent to manager.
- 10. ❖ In Time off > Everyone, we can see all employees approved time off here.
- 11. ❖ In Time off > Managers > Time off, we can see all employees approved time off and requests. A request can be Accepted or Refused by clicking on the buttons in the right side.
- 12. ❖ In Time off > Managers > Allocation, we can see all employees approved Allocation and requests. A request can be Accepted or Refused by clicking on the buttons in the right side.
- 13. ❖ In Time off > Reporting > By Employee, we can see all employees approved time off,its type, count, etc. We can see it in pivot view, bar graph, etc.
- 14. ❖ In Time off > Reporting > By Type, we can see all employees approved time off,its type, etc in grouped by Type.
- 15. ❖ In Time off > Configuration > Time Off Type, we can see all types of time off.
- 16. ❖ Click on create Button to create a new type. Here we need to provide informations like whether it is available in days, half day, hours, who should validate it, if there is any limit or not, responsible person, etc.
- 17. ❖ In the button Group Time Approved, Group Days Approved we can see the list of all the employees, who used this type of time off, its count, etc.
