Olde Frothingslosh Design Contest Rules

Name of Sponsors:

Pittsburgh Brewing Company and The Orion Management Group

Contest Concept:

Pittsburgh Brewing Company and The Orion Management Group set out to host a contest
to design/create a new logo/label/brand image for the iconic brand, Olde Frothingslosh.
The contest is primarily directed to local university students. The winner will have their
design on bottles, cans, cases, crowns/caps, kegs, tap handles, etc. of Olde Frothingslosh,
which will be released to the market for November 1, 2011, launch.

Timing:

Contestants will have approximately three weeks to participate in the contest. The
contest runs from August 22 through September 15, 2011.

Judging the Winner:

A panel of judges, marketing personnel from PBC, will choose a winner immediately
following the close of the contest. The winner will be chosen solely on the basis of
marketing appeal and consistency with the PBC marketing plan, in the sole discretion of
the judges.

Eligibility:

Entrants must 1) be legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of
Columbia, excluding Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions)
who are physically located and residing in Pittsburgh, PA or the surrounding areas in
Western Pennsylvania who are 18 years of age or older as of August 1, 2011, and 2) must
be students enrolled in graphic arts, media arts, or similar fields of study as a major in a
Western Pennsylvania college, university, or higher learning institution. Both criteria
must be met by dated, school-issued proof of enrollment, otherwise the entrant will be
disqualified.

Employees and the immediate families of employees of Pittsburgh Brewing Company, its
affiliates, subsidiaries, employees and the immediate families of employees of advertising
and promotion agencies, together with any organizations responsible for sponsoring,
fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the contest or supplying the prizes,
wholesale distributors, and retail licensees are ineligible. This Contest is subject to
federal, state and local regulations. Taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the winners.
How and When to Enter:

No purchase necessary. After review of the contest details and information supplied by
the school, submit all entries to the school for physical collection, or emailed to
dominic@theorionmanagementgroup.com. All submissions must be made by September
15, 2011 at 12 p.m.

Each entrant is allowed up to three (3) different design concepts for review. Entrants
must include a coversheet with their submission(s) that include the following
information: name, age, phone number, email address, link to online portfolio (if
applicable), major field of study, name of learning institution, expected graduation date.

Neither Pittsburgh Brewing Company nor its agencies are responsible for illegible, lost,
late, damaged, incomplete, misdirected, unintelligible, returned or undelivered entries, or
for lost, interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider
(ISP), or other connections availability, accessibility or traffic congestion,
miscommunications, failed computer, network, telephone, satellite or cable hardware or
software or lines, or technical failure, or jumbled, scrambled, delayed or misdirected
transmissions, computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or
other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network. Persons who
tamper with or abuse any aspect of this contest, or act in violation of these rules, or act in
any manner to threaten or abuse or harass any person, or violate any terms of service, as
solely determined by Pittsburgh Brewing Company, will be disqualified.

Neither Pittsburgh Brewing Company nor its agencies are responsible for any incorrect or
inaccurate information whether caused by users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the
programming or equipment associated with or used in this contest, and assumes no
responsibility for any errors, omission, deletion, interruption or delay in operation or
transmission or communication line failure, theft or destruction.

Should any portion of the contest be, in Pittsburgh Brewing Company’s sole opinion,
compromised by virus, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes
which, in the sole opinion of the sponsor, corrupt or impair administration, security,
fairness or proper play of this contest, or submission of entries, Pittsburgh Brewing
Company reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the
contest, and select winners from valid entries received prior to action taken, or otherwise
as may be deemed fair and equitable.

All prize claims are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. The
decisions of the judges are final in all matters relating to this contest. Odds of winning a
prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor is not responsible for
suspended or discontinued wireless or online service which may result in a potential
winner not receiving initial prize notification.

If a prize is not claimed within thirty (30) days, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to
an alternate winner from among all eligible entries. Prize winners may be required to
complete forms associated with acceptance of any prizes and assignment of any rights in
the submissions to Pittsburgh Brewing Company. In the event of noncompliance with
any of this process, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

Acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission to use winner's name, voice,
biographical information and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion
without further compensation in all media now known or hereafter discovered worldwide
and on the Internet without notice or review or approval as permitted by law.

By accepting a prize, winner agrees to release and hold Pittsburgh Brewing Company, its
affiliates and subsidiaries harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and
actions of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize, and/or
participation in this contest, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and
property damage.

All entries become the sole property of Iron City Brewing Company.

Winners and runner-ups will be selected the following week after submission, and will be
notified by phone and/or email of their placement in the contest.

Prizes:

Students/entrants can win an array of prizes that include, but are not limited, to the
following:

-Their design(s) as the new label (great for portfolio submission) on cans, bottles, 6
packs, cases, crowns/caps, tap handles, kegs, etc.
-Their design(s) on other potential merchandise
-Cash prize of $1,000
-Free Olde Frothingslosh case per month for a year (if 21 years or older)
-Private tour of brewery with tasting
-Contributor of new ideas for packaging for cases and products in the future
-Free Olde Frothingslosh merchandise
-Free bar tab for five (5) friends, limited to $200 (if 21 years or older).
