I have held key positions such as Regional Representative for East Africa and IoI, Country Director to Afghanistan and North Korea for the InternationalFederation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies,as wellas a three-year long development support, to Russia Red Cross,as Head of Delegation for Norwegian Red Cross. Most recently,in my role as Regional Representative of Eastern Africa and IoI,I coordinated and developed 15 countries with their national organisations, worked with resource mobilisation, humanitarian diplomacy and fundraising, to enhance visibility and access for the Red Cross Movement. My contributions in increasing partnership and funding, in parallel with development of national organisations and policy making, will make me a great addition to your office. Reducing incidents by 50% through establishing policies in fraud and corruption and risk management Increased partnership, fundraising and development of national societies to build stronger organisations.
