- 1. Open ERP to Tally Interface
- 2. Financial Management- Tally Interface: 1. In Main menu -> Sales Management -> Sales order -> Click on All sales orders .
- 3. 2. List of All sale orders appear on the screen. Click on New button to create New sale order.
- 4. 3. New Sale order form.
- 5. 4. Enter data in all fields that are required using their respective search buttons.
- 6. 5. Click on save parent record button.
- 7. 6. Next on Create new record button. Sale order Lines Pop-up window appears on the screen.
- 8. 7. Click on the Search button of Product field. A list of products appears in a pop-up window
- 9. 8 . Select a product from the list. Enter required Quantity and Unit price.
- 10. 9 . Add taxes to the product by clicking on ‘+’ button and Save it.
- 11. 10 . Selected products are added to the list of sale orders.
- 12. 11 . Click on Compute Taxes button.
- 13. 12 . Next click on Confirm order button. Order state changes to In Progress .
- 14. 13 . Next click on search button on the top of the form to see the list of sale orders.
- 15. 14 . In Main menu -> Stock Management -> Click on Outgoing Products.
- 16. 15 . Click on Edit button of the required pack. Pack opens in edit mode.
- 17. 16 . Next click on Force Availability button. Status of the pack changes to Available .
- 18. 17 . Next click on Packing Done button.
- 19. 18 . Next click on Make Picking button in Make Packing window.
- 20. 19 . “ Packing has been successfully made ” Messages appears. Click on Close.
- 21. 20. . Status of the pack changes to Done . Next click on Search button.
- 22. 21 . Select the pack To Be Invoiced from the list and click on Create Invoice in Actions menu.
- 23. 22 . Create Invoices form appears on the screen.
- 24. 23 . Enter the Destination Journal and click on Create Invoice .
- 25. 24 . Draft Customer Invoices List appears on the screen. Click on Edit button of the pack.
- 26. 25 . Respective Customer Invoice form appears on the screen.
- 27. 26 . Next click on Create button. State of Customer Invoice changes to Open .
- 28. 27 . Next click on Save to save Customer Invoice form.
- 29. 28 . In Main menu -> Financial Management -> Invoices -> click on Sales Register.
- 30. 29 . Sales Journal form appears.
- 31. 30 . Enter the Journal name and click on Show button.
- 32. 31 . The list of Customer Invoices appears on the screen.
- 33. 32. Select required Customer Invoices and click on Export as spread sheet in Actions menu.
- 34. 33 . Save the Excel sheet by clicking on Save As button and click on close.
- 35. 34 . Refresh the Sales Register. Customer Invoices that are Exported to tally are converted to Green and Exported to tally status changes to Yes.

- 37. 36. Open Sales register in Tally to Import Customer Invoices from the Excel Sheet.
- 38. 37. Open Tally Data Loader to Import Excel sheet to Tally’s Sales Register
- 39. 38. Choose Sales option in Excel to Tally drop down menu.
- 40. 39 . Browse the Excel sheet which is saved and click on Sales button.
- 41. 40 . After loading all records Process completed dialogue box appears. Click OK .
- 42. 41 . Records in excel sheet are Imported to Tally successfully .
