The OpenPay UPT 4000 is targeted at petrol stations, convenience stores and supermarkets that need a compact, powerful pay-at-pump terminal that is compliant with the latest terminal security standards and technologies. Security Trintech specializes in building pre-certified, secure payment technology for retail customers and the OpenPay UPT 4000 is fully certified to EMV Level 2 and PCI. The product can be installed as an OEM module in new pumps or can be deployed as an EMV upgrade to existing pay-at-pump systems. Large Colour Screen The product has a 14.5cm QVGA colour-display with ATM-style selection keys that make the terminal easy to use. The OpenPay UPT 4000 also has a LAN network interface allowing the retailer to stream advertising messages to the motorist while they are filling-up. Compact Trintech has packed a high level of technology into a compact housing that is small enough to fit into a wide range of pump enclosures. Card Reader Options The OpenPay UPT 4000 has a hybrid card reader that handles EMV chip and magnetic stripe cards. Motorised and manual options are available. The product has a built-in contactless reader to support contactless payment schemes such as Visa Wave and MasterCard PayPass. Rugged Design The terminal housing is constructed from a high specification polymer that is rugged and durable and is suitable for use in tough outdoor conditions found on a forecourt as well as exposure to adverse weather conditions, petrol and diesel splashes and detergents. IFSF Compatible Trintech has XML based software integration tools and IFSF compatible adapters that allow you to quickly link our products to new and legacy existing forecourt infrastructure.
