Initially run by only one staff member No specific content designed for on-line use Provided a good starting point for our initial on-line learning needs 1 course site Limited support Unresponsive
- 19. The Perfect Storm Additional base added 24 more staff Geographically dispersed across the province Limited local education resources Less experienced staff with initially high education needs Multiple requests from multiple departments
