We are here to create design that alleviate the human standard of living and create experience to carry with. Our motto is to create design that creates impact! This we do by delivering excellence and experience in everything we do. Orangetip was founded in Jan 2007 by Partha and Naren –architects and designers with previous experience of delivering large, multi format to small and mono brand format projects for some of the leading retail companies. We have successfully completed 500 ,000sft of space design in last 2 years!

- 63. Dear Partha, Thank you for helping us with setting up our new office at the Kirloskar Business Park. We sincerely appreciate your efforts in giving us a nice, friendly and intimate workspace. We had a few requirements and many constraints for the new office, and I tink we admirably managed them. Let me state them here. We had to move office from our old location, which was in a house-office to a new modern office with cubicle and fit outs, much like non-nondescript modern tech park offices that have sprouted around Bangalore. We are a product company that needs to cultivate creativity and sustain intense work schedules. We are a bunch of opinionated individuals who will have a view and pass judgments on anything and everything. We had grown for 8 years in our old office with a culture of camaraderie and friendship like a friendly - bickering family Added to all our mental baggage, we had severe budget constraints, since we naively created and announced an incredibly limited budget. We had also committed to an aggressive time plan for the shift that we were convinced was doable. Under these constraints, and in some desperation we approached Orangetip for help. They came, we met, we placed our cards on the table. And even while it did not make too much financial sense (as reported by Partha!), we jelled together and Orangetip joined our relocation team. - 64. They spent time and understood our culture and what we wanted. They gathered that we all work around white boards. They appreciated our desire not to be bottled up in cubicles. And they worked around all of this transforming our office to what it is today. They created whiteboard areas and called it addas. They decorated and marked these addas. All the above is fine, good philosophy. But we had no money in our pockets. We had to choose high-quality cost effective solutions. We had to negotiate hard and fast with vendors.We had to ensure quality and delivery. Orangetip team joined forces with us, got into our shoes, looked at the work from our perspective and we all pulled it off with time and money constraints. This I think was the most important quality with folks at Orangetip. The ability to quickly look at things from our perspective, to overcome boundaries between the users of the space and the designers. Not pretending to sit on the high horse of design and creativity, but mildly suggesting options to pick up. We just moved into our new premises. Our colleagues seem to appreciate the place, much to our relief. Not had too many problems. I seem to like it. Maybe it is the initial nouveau high. - 65. Being a startup, a self made low investment entrepreneur and new to the business, i did understand the store design and retail strategy was key to success of the business. However, making the designer that it will be low budget project itself and the affordability of a designer was the Major concern. I knew Orangetip Design from my previous job capacity and i could easily approach them and conveyed my concern and my plans. Orangetip immediately jumped in and assured the uniqueness and the cost effectiveness. With apprehensions and doubts i agreed for the design contract.
