Name: ARLO
Age: 16/17
WHY: We chose this character as this is the protagonist of
the thriller film. This is the first victim that is bring
introduced and the first one to take the pill. This is also
the character that the audience will know most about.
CHARACTER PERSONALITY: this character is one that is
normally very good at hiding when they are worried, a
very active character
Name: VITA
Age:16/17
WHY: We wanted to have one female and one male main
characters as the target audience is both males and females. By
including this character the audience is able to see the female
perspective of things and the female reactions.
This character is a strong female character who is good at
interacting with every other character and is good at solving
tasks and navigating others into the right path.
Name: NIXON
Age: 16/17
WHY: We choose for the victims to have friends as then the
audience will see the contrast between the ‘normal’
characters and the ‘psychologically affected’ characters.
This character treats all the characters equal he is very
sensitive and he is also very wise and knows how to solve
things out. This is also the character who finds all the mystery
mans documents.
Name: ANNORA
Age:16/17
WHY: We choose for the victims to have friends as then the
audience will see the contrast between the ‘normal’
characters and the ‘psychologically affected’ characters.
This character is in contrast to the female victim. She is not
as wise as the other guy and can be a little self-endulged.
Name: Darius
Age:16/17
WHY: We choose for the victims to have friends as then the
audience will see the contrast between the ‘normal’
characters and the ‘psychologically affected’ characters.
This character lacks energy and doesn’t know how to approach
different situations. He always gets caught up in the wrong
place at the wrong time.
To make it more mysterious
and to play on the
character's mental state,
the dog has no identity
WHY: one could argue that the dog is more of an prop
than a character but we choose to add the dog as a
character because its presence frightens the
protagonists and is the reason why they believe that
they are going crazy.
This dog is a catalyst for the degradation of the victims
mental state and is quite a gentle dog but can be seen
so be a bit aggressive and scary at times.
The mysterious man
also has no identity
to raise a question in
the audiences mind
WHY: He is the antagonist of the thriller film and is the
reason why the pills are put out in the several places.
He also holds documents of each victim which in the
end gets exposed when he accidentally bumps into one
of the victim’s friends which finally allows them to
realize that their friends weren't just turning crazy.
CHARACTER PERSONALITY: This will be a man who is
very secretive and loves hiding from everyone else
