[Paris merge world tour] Perforce Introducing Perforce Insights

Perforce Insights is a new tool that provides responsive and understandable insights into how development projects are performing using only information available from Perforce. It includes visualizations of metrics like percentage of code changed, defect and fix rates, and a stability index. The insights are powered by data collected from Perforce servers and checkpoints that is imported into a PostgreSQL database. A preview of Perforce Insights will be available in May 2013 with general availability in July 2013. Future enhancements are planned to add additional metrics and integrate third party data sources.
