Pci Saq D

This document is the Self-Assessment Questionnaire D (SAQ D) version 1.2 for merchants and service providers to assess their compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). It contains instructions for completing the SAQ D, an attestation of compliance, and the SAQ questions organized under the 12 requirements of the PCI DSS. Updates were made to align with PCI DSS version 1.2 and implement minor changes noted since the original version 1.1.
