Introduction Section 1
Weather refers to the state of the atmosphere at a specific time and place. Weather describes conditions such as air pressure, wind, temperature, and the amount of moisture in the air. The sun provides the earth with almost all the energy, which evaporates into water. For example: snow, rain, hurricanes, tornadoes and hail.
Is the atmospheric pressure at mean sea-level in hectopascals (millibars). Method of Measurement: Usually measured with a precision.
Air moving in a specific direction Results because air moves from regions of high pressure to low pressure.
Property of matter which reflects the quantity of energy of motion of the component particles. There are several scales used to measure this value.
Water or other liquid causing a slight wetness or dampness.
