- #10: Hard to just use Slack, Discord, whatever. Standup, cameras on, mics on. Give team time for form connections, learn about lives. Psychological safety takes empathy.
- #12: Record it! Everyone gets a turn.
- #13: Camera on! (no matter what). Lara Hogan, Camille Fournier, etc. Do not miss these for any reason. Connection is crucial. Probably weekly, ad hoc ok too. Reschedule if necessary.
