Describe your role and responsibilities in the performance project.

My role during the performance was as the director. I was in charge of everything. If any actors wanted to change
something with the performance they asked me before proceeding with their plans. I had to make sure the
performance was financially up to date and make sure that everything was going according to plan.
As an actor i also had to make sure that i was prepared and knew my lines.




Who are the other members of your team? What are their responsibilities?

There were many members of my team. For example Sabrina who was the make up artist along side being an
actor in our performance. Her role was to get all the hair and make up done for the actors on the day of the
performance. Another member of my team was Renee who was the Publicity maneger. Her role was to make
posters and make sure they were put up in public on time.




Describe the tasks you will be undertaking in the final stages of the preparation process and during the
performance itself. Include deadlines for completion of individual tasks.

As i wasn’t present for the performance i had to make sure that everything was up to date and ready for the
performance. We had a final rehearsal where we took down notes for the lighting and the sound. We had to
perfect our closing scene and make sure that everybody knew their dance steps.




List the resources you will be using. Is everything ready to use? Has technical equipment been checked to ensure
it is in good working order?

All the lighting and sound was fixed by Mr Macintosh. Also Tangina and Tiyonne were in charge of the lighting and
sound and they made sure that they took all the lighting and sound notes into account.
