KPI Manager is one of six integrated software applications that are linked to a database. The applications can be used individually or together and include tools for job profiling, advertising, performance management, competence/training, job descriptions, and budget forecasting. The database covers fields like qualifications, activities, key performance indicators, competencies, and biographical data for various jobs in sectors like resources, manufacturing, financial, transportation, education and more. It has been developed over 16 years in several countries across many organizations and industries.

Each application is able to be used as a “stand alone module” or as part of a “integrated suite” of applications The Software Applications include: • Application 1 – Job Profiler & Data Manager • Application 2 – Job Advert Manager • Application 3 – KPI Performance Manager • Application 4 – Competence & Training Manager • Application 5 – Job Description Generator • Application 6 – Training Budget Forecaster • Our Job Database (see next slide for industries / sectors) covers the following Data Fields per job • What is needed to “enter / be allowed to operate” in a job i.e. the Qualifications, Compliances, Licenses, Tickets etc • What a job should be delivering i.e. the Outcomes • What Activities are performed in delivering the outcome • The Measures of Outcome delivery i.e. the KPI’s, associated Performance Standards/Measures which tell you whether or not the Outcome/KPI was successfully delivered • The Competencies (Specific Job Knowledge/Skills) required to deliver the Outcomes and needed to perform the activities • The Success Profile (Attributes – Cognitive/Trait/Aptitude) of the “best match” candidate • Biographical Data i.e. Job Scope/Purpose, Level, Responsibilities, Key Interactions, Experience, Reporting, Financial Authority, Department, Designation etc
