This course explores the laws and statutes that relate to Equal Employment Opportunity.

JOB PROTECTED LEAVES AND ACCOMMODATIONS
Job protected leaves and disability accommodation request have been identified as one of the
most complex challenges for managers. The Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and the
American’s with Disabilities Act (ADA) are very broad laws that can be interpreted differently
