PFEIFER FS Box Product description The entirely newly developed PFEIFER-FS System was intended and developed primarily for the connection of precast/cast-in-situ concrete elements to semi- precast elements, so-called double walls. However, other connections with cast-in-situ concrete sections can be simply and flexibly realised. The PFEIFER-FS-Box combines the well-known advantages of the PFEIFER-VS® System with the requirements of cast-in-situ concrete construction. In particular the robust box and the sturdy wire rope are designed especially for cast-in-situ concrete. The inherent flexibility of the wire rope delivers huge advantages here in comparison with previous solutions such as rigid reinforcing steel, since the wire rope loops can neither get in the way nor cause injuries beforehand. During the assembly processes they can be bent as desired and always spring back into the nominal position afterwards. PFEIFER PH Reinforcement Continuity System Product description The system encompass female and male bars for the most diverse reinforcement layout requirements and offer a customer- orientated solution for permanent connections. Reinforcement joints can be realised by simply screwing together the female and male bars. Advantages: • Flexible planning, fast construction • Overlap joint can be ordered without specification of sizes • Load-bearing connection of female and male bars with the continuity reinforcement by means of overlap joint • Transmission of the full bar force without reduction • Joints are possible without longitudinal offset in one section • Simple implementation of time-staggered concreting phases • Reduction connections for reducing the diameter in a joint or in end anchorages are additionally available Download the product brochure here.

The VS® ISI System3D combine all the advantages of previous rail systems in a single product and offer further new developments for all connections of walls to one another or of walls to columns.
