This document outlines a proposed study on the relationship between strategic agility and performance at Kenya Airways. It discusses how strategic agility, comprising responsiveness, competency, flexibility, and speed, can help firms adapt to changing business environments. The study aims to assess how these dimensions of strategic agility influence Kenya Airways' performance, and whether competitive advantage mediates this relationship. It presents a conceptual framework and hypotheses relating strategic agility and competitive advantage to performance. The proposed methodology is a cross-sectional survey of 398 Kenya Airways employees, supplemented by 5 manager interviews. Data will be analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively to understand the relationships between these variables.
