- 2. Description of theneighborhoodThe name of my neighborhood is La Floresta, it located in western Medellín. My neighborhood has been very outstanding because in the are carried out activities like the festival of El Porro, but also because in the every year are carried out the parade of Silleteritos. My neighborhood is simple, clean and has many trees. You can see the mountains of the city and also the panoramic of the neighborhood. The neighborhood has a soccer field, a very big church, and green fields. The streets are short and the store, the drugstore, the bakery, the hardware store, the bus station and the park are near of my house. The people of my neighborhood are very united but they also discuss, the people of the neighborhood are of different religions but without differences.In my neighborhood many buildings are being built and that´s an important change.
