• Adventurous social work - focus on a team of social workers

• ISFs with service providers - focus on a service provider

• Deinstitutionalisation pilot - focus on closure of an institutional service

• Family-support pilot - focus on funding and peer support for families

• School Leavers pilot (16 years old) - focus on the transition to post-school life

• Transform day-centres to community hubs - focus on changing day centre usage

• Create capacity around Individual Service Design - develop service broker capacity

• Wider system design - work with municipalities on connected system change

• There will be other ideas… keep an open mind and look for opportunities
