Project of Broken Panels: Reduce panel broken rate at Electroplating process
Alignment straight to the panels by adjusting
the width of masking jig bonding tape.
During re-work of masking tape bonding, rotate the panel
from outer area to centre for remove the bonding tape .
Problem statement:
The shifted of masking tape from panel results to rework and reworking will cause panel broken problem.
Method 1: Fine tune the bonding jig width to avoid
masking tape shifted, avoid re-work frequency.
Method 2: Re-work by rotate from outer area to centre.
Apply even stress to the panel to avoid broken
