Part Three Way of the Platypus Personal Management Program
How do I manage my life? Do I have a system or framework that I use Is there a plan in place for myself Do I know how to get the best out of myself What is really possible for me? People who are having a fantastic life already, how are they doing it?
Building Belief
Building Belief Universal Laws Law of Gravity Law of Vibration/Resonance Law of Attraction Thinking has at least two components The first is what goes on between the ears. The second is the energy we attract to ourselves by the way we think.
Managing Thoughts If I am constantly attracting energy to myself which matches what I think of myself, do I think highly of myself? The current me and the real me
Managing Thoughts If I attract energy to myself which matches the way I think, I had better start thinking good things for myself. What is my Life Plan?
Life Plan
Managing Emotions Thoughts are the primary means of creating the reality we each live in Emotions turbo charge our thoughts and give them real power – for better or worse
How to get maximum power
Positive Thought Management Gratitude Attitude Creating your Day Visualisations Affirmations Healthy Language Doing my Best Buzz Laughter Mime Pocket Full of Positives
Positive Language Negative Phrase                                               Positive Phrase I won't do this wrong                                         I'll do this right Don't miss it                                                      Hit it Don't be tense                                                   Relax      This won't stop me                                           I will keep going      Don't worry                                                    Be confident Don't look down                                                Look up Don't think in negatives                                    Think in positives
What happens when thoughts clash? We have thoughts in our conscious mind We have thoughts in our sub conscious mind They need to work together
Where do our beliefs & emotions come from?
Where do our beliefs come from? Other Sources Parents Teachers Culture Friends Television They put us I boxes, we call them comfort zones
Cruising your Comfort Zones
What is in my box or comfort zone? What are the ten biggest things that are stopping me from going further?
Manage your Sub Conscious FAST TRACK FREEDOM TECHNIQUE Forgiveness frees the conscious mind Shifting energy in the body frees emotions Together they free the person
Basic Treatment of FTFT 1. Notice the problem or issue with your conscious mind. Identify where this makes you feel discomfort in your body and measure the level of your feeling about the issue using a scale of zero to ten, zero being nothing, ten being awful. 2. Define the issue clearly by summarizing it into a clear statement which includes what the activity/issue is, how it makes you feel and what the issue makes you believe about yourself. A snake phobia make look like: Activity Feeling Belief Fear of snakes terror I have no control, I am going to die Statement My fear of snakes fills me with terror and this makes me believe that I have no control and that I am going to die.
Negative Thought Management Daily Editing Stop Sign Progressive Relaxation CBT FTFT Thought Shifters
Daily Sequence Exercise, diet, quiet time Tell the world what a lovable person you are Focus on the things you are grateful for Go through your list of life affirmations Decide to have a fantastic day. Visualise and review your key goals Review potential blocks to success Talk to positive people Use thought management techniques when stressed Seek inspiration and passion daily THE SECRET TO SUCCESS IS TO BE CONSISTENT.
