- 5. Lunch Participants… We are running on a tight schedule, look for cues from our event planner for your 5 and 1 minute warning so that we can get our guests to their interviews on time. - 8. INTERVIEWERS: Please, please, please… -Do not go over your interview times. We will knock on your door when you are done. Remember the longer you take with your interviewee, the longer the next interviewee has to wait for your arrival. Equal interview times for all candidates is VERY important. -Get to your interviews on time.
